Services and use of the website

The site provides free information about the foundation, events and trips, galleries, downloads and contact details. Use starts when you open the site and ends when you leave. No account is needed. You need internet access, a current browser and a PDF reader for PDF files. JavaScript enables additional features such as event filtering.

Trip offers

Browsing the site or clicking a contact link does not reserve a place or create a payment obligation. Participation terms, organiser, availability, inclusions and payments are set out in a separate agreement. These terms govern use of the website, not participation in a trip.

Rules and materials

You must not submit unlawful content, disrupt the site or attempt unauthorised access. Photos, text and graphics belong to the foundation or the identified rights holders. Use is permitted within the law; other use requires the rights holder’s consent.

The foundation aims to keep the site current. Please report errors using our contact details. External links lead to websites run by other operators.

Website complaints

Send complaints by email or post to the foundation. Describe the issue, identify the page and provide a way to reply. We respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint.

Privacy and final provisions

Data processing is described in our privacy policy. You can save or print these terms free of charge from your browser. Changes are published with an update date and do not affect acquired rights. Polish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
